These General Terms and Condition s (hereinafter – « GTC ») regulate the contractual relationship between the parties, 1Win N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 147039 and registered address at Dr. H. Any persons residing or located on the territory of these countries are not permitted to register, open accounts or make any money funds. Amendments shall be possible in the list of the jurisdictions and they may be performed by us without any prior notification of the User.
Risk of loss

Verification and closing your account

Bonus
The player's main balance is the balance where real funds, as well as bonuses, are credited. Bets and wagering of the bonus balance are made from the main balance.
Ingots are in-game currency, where 1 ingot equals 0.01 USD. Ingots can be credited to both the main balance and the bonus balance.

Complaint handling and applicable law. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of a complaint provided by us, you have the right to appeal against the decision or other actions we have taken to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body free of charge. The ADR institute will set the procedure for handling such cases.
We would like to draw your attention that the licensing authority (Curacao Gaming Authority) does not deal with user complaints and does not resolve them. However, you have the right to inform the authority through its official website about violations of licence conditions by the operator.
